Sterilizer intended for pressurized saturated steam sterilization of metal, glass, rubber, and plastic medical devices, dressing products, ligature and suture materials, textile articles, medicinal solutions including in hermetically closed glass containers which do not change their functional properties when being exposed to steaming.
Main properties:
- door with a central locking ring equipped with three handles;
- efficient and easy-to-use;
- all the elements of the sterilizer except sealers, pipework and nozzles are made of corrosion-resistant steel;
- horizontal cylinder-shaped chamber;
- built-in steam generator;
- gravity deaeration of the chamber before sterilization process;
- two options of vacuum drying: by means of an ejector (vacuum level is at least 0.8 bar) and by means of a condenser;
- bacterial filter for the air entering the chamber at the stage of pressure equalizing;
- electronic system of water level indication in the sterilizer;
- safety locking mechanism preventing the door from opening when the chamber is under pressure;
- automatic switch-off of the heating tubes in case of water level lowering in the steam generator;
- overpressure protection device in the steam generator.
