Product Description
DM-4B membrane distiller is a system for producing deionized water of distilled water quality with a rate of 100 L/hour from tap water using reverse osmosis and ion-exchange methods. A complex water purification technique allows eliminating microparticles, free chlorine, dissolved salts and microbial contamination. DM-4B 100 automatic membrane distiller is equipped with an LC display showing water purification parameters.
Area of application of DM-4B 100 automatic membrane distiller:
- sample preparation for laboratories;
- supply for steam generators, autoclaves, sterilizers;
- water supply for process equipment;
- supply for ultrapure water producing systems;
- other applications in manufacturing and laboratories.
Features of DM-4B 100 automatic membrane distiller:
- continuous quality monitoring of purified water;
- replaceable elements easy to replace after the end of service life;
- The membrane block of the distiller is subject to regeneration, which provides highly stable quality of water obtained.
Quality parameters for input water: conductivity <500 μS/cm, iron <0.3 mg/L, hardness <250 mg CaCO3/L, free chlorine <0.2 mg/L, salt content <350 mg/L. DM-4B 100 automatic membrane distiller consists of:
- prefilter dechlorinator for primary purification of tap water;
- reverse osmosis block with two-stage membrane module and a pressure boosting pump eliminating the majority of dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria and organic compounds;
- deionization block for advanced water purification, which includes a set of ion-exchange resin-based filters.
DM-4B 100 semiautomatic membrane distiller is intended for obtaining distilled water based on single stage reverse osmosis.
Controlling and monitoring of water purification process:
- control unit for continuous monitoring of purified water quality;
- LC display showing real-time water purification process parameters: conductivity and temperature of purified water, conductivity of reverse osmosis filtrate, total operation time of the apparatus, emergency situations;
- pressure control at the prefilter and in the reverse osmosis block;
- accumulator load control (option);
- automatic process discontinuation in case of water input discontinuation;
- automatic hydraulic washing of the membranes.
