Ekomilk BOND are robust, reliable, automated multi-parameter milk analyzer providing rapid test results for: Fat, Protein, Solids Not Fat, Lactose, Density, Freezing point, Added Water, pH, Temperature and Conductivity in fresh and pasteurized milk (cow, sheep, buffalo, goat).

One of the main advantages is the availability of ultrasonic processor for fast removal of air from the milk sample (available for Ekomilk Bond Standard only).

This feature is mostly applicable for measuring of buffalo milk or at places where aeration of milk is a problem.

Ekomilk BOND with its new compact design is provided in 2 different models:

  1. Ekomilk BOND STANDARD
  2. Ekomilk BOND TOTAL

Milk conductivity measuring system

  • Milk conductivity changes depend on the concentration of ions in the milk.
  • Can be used as a test of udder health (detection of subclinical mastitis);
  • Can be used as a test of grade of water evaporation in production of condense milk;
  • Milk conductivity change notifies of powder (dry) milk solution rate.

Lactose

  • The simple disaccharide lactose represents about 5% of the milk content. Measurement of lactose is important because it contributes to the sensory and functional properties of milk thus determines the quality of milk products.

External serial thermal printer

  • Print a recipe with the result of the current measurement.
