Laboratory centrifuge intended to use in milk collection centers, milk processing factories and food plants.
Intended for determination of protein weight ratio (GOST 25179) in milk, fat weight ratio (GOST 5867-90, GOST 30648.1-99, GOST R ISO 2446-2011) in milk and dairy products, solubility of dry milk products (GOST 8764).
Also suitable for determination of fat weight ratio in cheese (GOST 55063-2012), fat weight ratio in butter and cow’s milk butter paste (GOST 55361-2012).
The centrifuge is designed for 12 butyrometers (or test tubes). Rating heating temperature of the connectable heating element is 65 °С. Controllable rotor speed (500 to 1500 rpm.), spin time: 1 to 30 minutes.
